How will my order ship?
Most orders ship via UPS Ground. Some smaller parcels may ship via USPS. All orders ship from our warehouse in Deer Park, New York.
Stock orders usually ship the same day if all items are in stock. Custom orders need to be proofed, approved, and produced before shipping so that will typically add 1-2 days.
Can I pickup my order?

What are the payment options?
We offer several payment options to suit your needs:
- Credit Cards: We accept all major providers, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.
- Apple Pay
- Purchase Orders (Net 30): Available for approved accounts.
School Districts: Educational institutions are automatically approved for Net 30 terms upon receipt of an official Purchase Order. To apply for Net 30 terms for your business, please contact us.

I am tax exempt, how do I get tax removed from my order?
If you are tax exempt, please contact us and we can set your account as tax exempt for all orders. We only collect tax in NY state, if you are outside of NY state there won't be any tax on your order.

Do you make custom signs?
Yes, in addition to the stock signs we carry, we can also create fully custom products such as custom metal signs, custom plastic signs, custom stickers, custom braille signs and more. To see the full selection of custom sign types, click here. If a particular size or type is not listed, you can also contact us for a custom quote.
Can you add my logo or artwork to a custom sign?
Yes, we can add your logo or artwork to most of our custom signs. When ordering, many of our custom products give you the option to attach a logo file.
Do I get to see a preview or proof of my custom sign before it ships?
Yes, when ordering a custom sign you choose the size, colors, wording, etc and then we layout the sign and email you a proof. You can then either approve or make changes.
Should my metal sign be reflective or non-reflective?
A reflective sign is designed to appear bright and glowing when lights shine on it at nighttime. They are mostly used for critical traffic and parking signs. If you don't need extra nighttime visibility, a regular non-reflective sign would be fine (and cheaper).
Are your traffic signs DOT compliant?
Yes, our traffic signs meet DOT requirements. They are printed on .080" aluminum and use high intensity reflective sheeting.
Do you offer installation?
No, we do not do any installation work, we only sell the signs, posts, etc. But we have some helpful guides on how to install various products we sell. You can also call us with questions.
How long will my sign last outdoors before fading?
While all outdoor printed signs eventually fade, our signs are engineered for long-term durability. Depending on the environment, you can typically expect from 5 to 12 years of professional life.
Factors that influence longevity:
- Direction: Signs facing South or West receive the most intense UV "bake" and may age faster than those in shade or facing North.
- Color: Reds, yellows, and oranges are more UV-sensitive. Black pigments are naturally stable and often remain vibrant well beyond 10 years.
- Lamination: We apply a protective laminate to sensitive colors to extend their life. Because black ink is naturally UV-resistant, it often stays bold for the life of the sign without needing this extra layer.
- Environment: Salty air, pool chlorine, and high-altitude sun can accelerate the natural aging process.
Because we can't control local weather, placement, environment, etc we don't offer a universal guarantee. However, we aim for a minimum of 5 years of professional visibility. This means some fading, but still very legible. If you feel your sign is aging prematurely, please contact us so we can evaluate the situation and offer more durable solutions.
What are the production times for custom signs?
Custom signs start with proofing, then move into production. Your proofs typically get emailed within 1 business day. Once you approve them, production usually takes 1-3 business days.
Can I get a formal quote before ordering?
Yes, we can provide a quote for your order before ordering.
