Prevent Signs From Being Stolen With TUFNUTS
Tired of signs being stolen from your property? TUFNUT vandal resistant hardware provides maximum security when used with our standard TUFNUT carriage bolt. The grooved back prevents any rotation of the bolt after installation, and the round un-slotted head does not allow the bolt to be loosened with a screw driver or wrench.
Instructions:
1. A Tufnut is threaded onto a bolt, finger-tight
2. A second nut is installed upside-down
3. A wrench is inserted between the two nuts to tighten
4. Once fastened, the second nut is removed
Use the same procedure (reversed) to remove nuts for maintenance
