- Any information submitted to us via this website is kept internal and is never shared with anyone. Allstate occasionally sends out email to its customers about sales, etc. You may request to be removed from our mailing list at any time.
- Returns & Replacements
- Allstate aims to keep our customers satisfied with every order. If you are unhappy with the quality of your order simply return it within 30 days of receipt for exchange, refund or credit. All returned merchandise must be received in resellable condition. A 10% restocking fee will be charged on all returned merchandise. Prior to returning any merchandise, you must contact our customer service department to receive a Return Authorization Number (RA#). When returning products to Allstate, be sure to send them back pre-paid, insured, and save your shipper’s tracking numbers. Without your tracking numbers, it will be difficult to prove that your return arrived at our factory. Custom merchandise may not be returned.
